Full Job Description

Gibbs Marketing, LLC is a woman owned, certified WBE company in Maryland focusing on Marketing in Maryland and beyond since 2012. Gibbs Marketing, LLC has open Call Center Sales Specialist positions. These full-time positions are best suited for those who are motivated, results driven, and enjoy being rewarded for their efforts. The focus of these positions is on making 250-300 lead generated, outbound calls a day to enroll customers into energy efficiency programs across the country.

Responsibilities

  • Become a brand ambassador and educate customers about the available programs.

  • Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner to make enrollments and set appointments

  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns and issues in a personable manner

  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by "going the extra mile"

  • Keep accurate and updated customer records in our call center database in a comprehensible way

  • Meet agreed upon personal and team targets; both qualitative and quantitative, within schedule

  • Continuously improve through constructive feedback

Skills/Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an outbound sales representative

  • Proven track record in sales and of over-achieving quota

  • Exceptional telephone etiquette 

  • Strong verbal, active listening, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Customer-centric focus and adaptability to different personality types

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback 

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Proficient typing skills: > 40 WPM

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively

  • Outgoing personality and positive attitude

  • High school degree

Job Type & Pay

  • Job Type: Full-Time

  • Pay: $31,000 - $55,000 annually

  • Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus Pay

  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday

  • No Nights

  • No Weekends

Experience

  • Sales Lead Generators & Telemarketers: 2 Years (Preferred)

  • Customer Service: 2 Years (Preferred)
